About Me

Abigail (she/her) is an aspiring Stage Manager, Lighting Designer, and technician, looking to work with forward thinking and inclusive theatre companies and individuals. 

 

She fell in love with theatre at a young age and is drawn back to it over and over again. Musical Theatre is what inspires her and her practice. Building large scale worlds of colour that entrances audiences is what draws her to theatre- making the most.  

 

Along with studying Abigail has had the privilege to work with the Education, Youth, and Regional Engagement Team at Queensland Theatre. Through this work, she has developed a passion for regional and youth arts. Being able to connect with Young Artists across Queensland has allowed her to see the importance and the impact of arts in regional Australia. Through these connections she hopes to continue to bring theatre to regional Queensland.   

 

Abigail’s goal is to be able to meet new theatre makers, to learn from them, to collaborate and create with them from regional stages all the way to the worlds.
